Online Giving

If you have a hard time with setting up things online, i’ve made a page to walk you through the process with screenshots. Please refer to this if you have problems.

To set up a recurring (monthly) gift

If a donor wants to set up a Recurring Gift, they may go to
www.mygcm.net.  If they have never given to GCM before or attended a GCM
event, they will then click on “Create One Here” to create their GCMID,
password, etc.  They will follow the instructions to set up their donor
record (name, address, city, state, zip, phone, email, password,
security answers in case they forget their password in the future).
After they have completed this process, they may click on “start a
recurring gift” and find your fund description (“Stephen Sakanashi”
or “7166″ or “Mars Hill Church”–select my name) and go through the
process of adding their banking info or credit card information.  They
normally have until the 15th or 16th of the month to enter their
information to have the donation come out automatically on the 20th of
the month.

To set up a special gift

If the donor wants to give a special gift, for right now, they will need
to go to www.gcmweb.org and click on “give” at the top right-hand side
of the first page and follow the instructions to set up their donor
record and give the special gift via their bank or credit card.  The
special gift feature will be added to the www.mygcm.net site in a couple
of months.
